Diagnostic analyser housing set
A multi-part housing and internal covers for a benchtop clinical analyser, moulded and assembled in our ISO Class 8 cleanroom.
The brief
The customer needed cosmetic Class-A outer housings and close-fitting internal covers for a diagnostic instrument, produced to ISO 13485 with full validation and traceability — and a supplier who could hold cosmetic and dimensional standards across a family of parts.
What we made
We designed a four-cavity family tool, moulded the parts in our cleanroom on process-monitored presses, and ran IQ/OQ/PQ validation with first-article reports. Sub-assembly, ultrasonic welding and packing are done in the same controlled environment, so parts never leave a traceable chain.
