Outdoor equipment enclosures
A range of wall-mounted electrical enclosures for outdoor telecoms and power equipment, moulded in UV-stable resin with sealed doors.
The brief
Enclosures for outdoor E&E gear had to survive Malaysian sun and rain for years, keep an IP-rated seal across a hinged door, and stay dimensionally true across large flat faces prone to warp.
What we made
We moulded the bodies and doors in UV-stable ASA/PC, designed ribbing and a gasket channel to hold the seal, and controlled warp with a balanced cooling layout. A jig-based assembly cell fits the seals, hinges and latches before despatch.
