Steering-wheel switch bezel
A cosmetic switch bezel and trim ring for a steering-wheel control cluster, run to a tier-1 control plan with a decorated finish.
The brief
The part sits in the driver's eyeline, so it demanded a flawless A-surface and a crisp chrome-look accent with no flow lines, plus the dimensional stability to snap-fit reliably over a switch pack — all under IATF 16949 discipline.
What we made
We tuned gating and pack pressure to clear cosmetic defects, added a decorated trim ring, and locked the process with in-line SPC on the critical snap features. First-article and PPAP documentation supported the customer's own line release.
