Capabilities

Every process, one works

From resin to inspected, packed assembly — the machines, materials and tolerances a procurement engineer needs to see.

What we do

Every process from mould to inspected part

One accountable supplier for the whole job — we cut the mould, run the press and sign off the dimensions, so nothing falls between vendors.

Machined metal mould cavities for injection moulding

01 · Injection moulding

Presses from 50 to 650 tonne

Forty-two moulding machines across three halls run engineering and commodity resins — PA, PC, ABS, POM, PBT, PP and glass-filled grades — with material drying, gravimetric dosing and process monitoring on every shot.

02 · Tooling

In-house mould design & toolmaking

Our tool room designs, cuts and trials moulds under one roof — CNC machining, EDM and polishing — so lead times and mould revisions stay in our control, not a third party's queue.

03 · Cleanroom

Cleanroom moulding & assembly

An ISO Class 8 (Class 100,000) cleanroom for medical and optical parts — moulding, insert and overmoulding, ultrasonic welding and assembly, all within a controlled, traceable environment.

Precision measuring instruments — a vernier caliper and micrometer

04 · Quality

Metrology & full inspection

CMM and vision measurement, first-article inspection to your drawing and in-line SPC — with certificates of conformance that travel with every shipment.

How a job runs

From your drawing to a shipped, inspected part

A single project engineer owns your programme end to end, so you always know where the job stands.

Two engineers reviewing a technical drawing across a table
01

Enquiry & DFM review

Send a drawing or a sample. Our engineers review it for mouldability — wall sections, draft, gate and material — and come back with a costed quote, usually within two working days.

02

Tooling & first-off

We design and cut the mould in-house, then trial it and present first-article samples with a full dimensional report for your sign-off before any volume is committed.

03

Validated production

Approved tools move to a monitored production cell — automated where volume warrants — running to a control plan with process data captured on every shot.

Precision measuring instruments laid out for inspection
04

Inspection & traceability

In-line SPC plus CMM and vision checks against your drawing. Every lot ships with a certificate of conformance and full material traceability.

05

Finishing & delivery

Pad printing, assembly and packing to your spec, then scheduled or kanban delivery across Malaysia and to 14 export markets — on the dates the line needs them.
